Its a Bengali sweet dish & very tempting and mouth-watering dessert.
Ingredients
Milk 1 litreRice 1 handful
Sugar 2 tbsp
Dates Jaggery (Khajur Gur) more than ½ cup
Dry Fruits - cashew, Raisins, Almonds & Pistachios
Ghee 2 tbsp
Method
- Wash the rice.
- Put ghee on a wok and fry the dry fruits of your choice.
- Take a wok. Put the milk and let it boil.
- When milk starts to boil add the rice into the milk. Sim the flame and let rice cooked properly.
- When rice cooked add sugar and gur and off the flame.
- At end add the dry fruits and serve it chilled. Enjoy!!!
