Chocolate-Fruits Cups


Its is very interesting dessert with chocolate, whipped cream & fruits.When it comes to celebrating Christmas, it’s fun to serve a special holiday treat. That’s precisely why I picked and created 'Chocolate-Fruits Cups'. And its very easy to make.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup Unsweetened Dark Chocolate Morsels
Fat-free whipped cream
Splenda Sugar-Free Sweetener 11/2 tbs 
Fruits - Pineapple, Strawberry, Pomegranate, Pear, Apples (use any seasonal fruits)
Fresh Mint sprigs for garnishing

Method
1.Heat chocolate & sugar-free sweetener in double boiler till it melts. Mix it well. Remove from that and cool to room temperature.
2. Pour chocolate in silicon muffin molds and spread all over so chocolate cup is formed.
3. Then place it in refrigerator for 30 mins or till chocolate cups set.
4. Cut all the fruits in cubes.
5. Demould chocolate cups from the moulds. Fill the whipped cream into the cups.
6. Then arrange the fruits on its top.
7. Garnish with mint sprigs and served chilled.
