Cheesy Burst Pizza (Instant & no Yeast Pizza)




Ingredients
All Purpose Flour (Maida)
Mozzarella Cheese as required (grated)
Processed Cheese as required (cut in cubes)
Cream Cheese Spread 3 tbsp
Yogurt (Dahi) as required to knead the dough
Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Flakes 1/2 tbsp
Pizza Sauce/ Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Crushed Pepper 1 tsp
For Toppings -
Onion as required (cut into small cubes)
Yellow Capsicum as required (cut into small cubes)
Green Capsicum as required (cut into small cubes)
Olives/ Corns few
Oil 2 tbsp

Method
1. Preheat oven to 480 F.
2. Mix all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, pepper, salt & chili flakes knead a dough with yogurt. Add 1 tbsp oil and knead the dough well.

3. Sprinkle all purpose to the baking tray/ tawa.
4.  Now make 2 same sized chapatis and transfer 1 chapati to tawa.

5. Spread lots of cream cheese spread in it and place the 2nd chapati above it and stick them well.

6. Now make cubes of mozzarella cheese and lay them in the edge of the pizza base.

7. Hold both layers from corner and bring them above the cheese. Now seal the corner and take a fork and press down. Prick holes using fork in center.

8. Now transfer to preheated oven and bake for 5 minutes.
9. After 5 minutes take out the pizza and brush with oil. Now spread the pizza sauce/ ketchup, grated mozzarella cheese and the vegetables. Smear few drops of oil.



10. Now bake the pizza for 4 minutes.
11. Enjoy hot!!!
