Tandoori Grilled Pomfret


Ingredients
Pomfret Fish 2
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Gram Flour (Besan) 2 tbsp
Yogurt (Dahi) 1/2 cup
Garam Masala Powder 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder (Haldi) 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Crushed Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Fenugreek Leaves (Methi leaves) 1/2 tsp (crushed)
Lemon Juice 1/2 of 1 lemon
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Onion, medium 1/2 (Sliced) - for garnishing
Lemon Wedges - for garnishing

Method
1. Make 2-3 incisions on each side of the fish.

2. Apply salt, lemon juice & olive oil on both sides and keep aside.
3. Mix together ginger-garlic paste, gram flour, yogurt, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, crushed pepper powder & crushed fenugreek leaves.
4. Rub the mixture over both sides of the fish and leave to marinate for couple of hours in a refrigerator.

5. Preheat oven to 350 F.
6. Grease the baking tray with oil and transfer fish into the tray and cook on both sides for 8-10 minutes.

7. Serve hot, garnished with onion rings and lemon wedges.
