Cheese Atta Pizza (For Kids)
Kids love pizza, burgers.... For them healthy pizza.

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour (Atta) 2 cups
Dry Yeast 1 tsp (to activate Yeast mix in warm water with little salt & sugar)
Salt to taste
Tomatoes 300 gm (Finely chopped)
Dry Herb - Oregano 1/2 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Garlic 1-2 (chopped)
Onion medium 1/2 (Finely chopped)
Tomato Ketchup 4 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Crushed Pepper 1/2 tsp
Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
Tomato 2 rings (For eyes)
Olive 1
Red Capsicum (For mouth)


Method
1. Preheat oven to 370 F.
2. Mix wheat flour, yeast & salt. Knead a soft dough with water. Keep it aside for 10-15 mins.


Now the pizza sauce -
1. Take non-stick pan and heat butter add chopped garlic. Saute for few seconds.
2. Now add chopped onion. Fry till lt. pink color comes.

3. Then add chopped tomatoes & salt.

4. Now add tomato ketchup for bright red color. Stir & cover it.
5. Add dried oregano, crushed pepper & sugar.
6. Cook till tomatoes become soft and consistency become thicken.

Now pizza -
1. Take baking tray and spray oil.
2. Now divide the dough in half & make balls.
3. Make 1/2 cm or more than 1/2 cm thick chapati with the help of rolling pin.
4. Now poke holes all over the chapati with fork.

5. Apply the pizza sauce over it.

6. Sprinkle grated cheese over the pizza and make face with tomato, olive & capsicum.

7. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve it on serving plate.
