Crispy Fish Fingers

Crispy Fish Fingers


Ingredients
Tilepia Fillets 6
Parmesan Cheese 1/2 cup, grated
Egg 2
Lemon-Pepper Seasoning 3 tsp
Lemon peel 2 tsp, grated
Pepper Powder 3 tsp
Sea Salt 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Paprika 1 tsp
Garlic Powder 2 tsp
Dried Parsley 1 tsp
Bread Crumbs 2 cups
All-Purpose Flour 4 tbsp
Oil for frying
Lemon Wedges for garnishing
Mint leaves for garnishing

Method
1. Rinse fish fillets and pat dry it with paper tissue. Now cut them into desired shapes 'fingers' or 'sticks'.
2. Season with sea salt & pepper.
3. Now combine bread crumb, Parmesan cheese, lemon-pepper seasoning, lemon peel, pepper powder, salt, paprika, garlic powder & dried parsley.
4. In a bowl beat egg with salt & pepper.
                                      
5. In a separate bowl mix flour, salt & pepper with water.
6. Dip each fish fingers in flour mixture, then in egg mixture and then into bread crumbs.
7. In a shallow pan heat oil. Shallow fry the fish fingers in medium flame for 4-5 mins.
8. When fish fingers becomes brown in color place in absorbent paper.
9. Garnish fish fingers with lemon wedges & mint leaves.
10. Enjoy fish fingers with tomato ketchup.
