Whole Wheat Cake (Atta cake)


Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour (Atta) 2 cups
Sugar 1-2 cups
Refined Oil / Butter 3/4 cup
Yogurt (Dahi)1 cup
Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda 1 tsp
Vanilla Extract 1 tsp
Water (to be added according to the consistency of the batter)
Walnuts, Almonds & Cashew nuts 1/2 cup (broken) - for decoration
Raisins 8-10 nos. - for decoration
White & Milk chocolate morsels 1/2 cup - for decoration
Smucker's Hot Fudge Topping - for icing (Optional)

Method
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Grease 8'' x 8'' inch baking pan with cooking spray & dust flour into it.
3. Shift together all dry ingredients wheat flour, baking soda & baking powder in a large bowl.
4. Blend yogurt & butter together in another bowl.
5. Then mix the dry ingredients to this bowl and blend well.
6. Bring it to the dipping consistency, adding water if needed.
7. Transfer the batter to the greased pan.
8. Bake for 25 - 30 mins or until a wooden toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Let cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
9. After 20 mins apply chocolate fudge and dust all the walnuts, almonds, cashew nuts, raisins and white & milk chocolate morsels.
10. Then cut into equal pieces & serve.
